Golf Intelligence is operated by Elite Golf Technology, Inc. dba StrackaGolf (“we,” “us”). This policy covers this marketing site, the developer console at console.golfintelligence.com, and the Golf Intelligence connector at mcp.golfintelligence.com. The API host is api.golfintelligence.com.

What we collect

If you use a form, we receive the name, email, phone, company, and message you enter, plus basic server logs (time, IP, user agent) needed to run the site and stop abuse. Console signup uses your email and a verification code — no password.

When you visit, the tools listed below also collect information automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This can include the pages you view, links you click, your IP address, approximate location, device and browser details, the site that sent you here, and cookie or device IDs.

How we use it

We use form information to reply, send a Starter invoice if you asked for one, and keep a record of inquiries. We use information collected automatically to understand how the site is used, to measure whether our ads work, and to show our ads to you on other websites and apps (targeted advertising).

Messages are intended for data@golfintelligence.com. A copy may also be written to a server log if email forwarding is unavailable.

These third-party tools load on this site today:

  • Google Tag Manager (Google): loads the other tags listed here.
  • Google Analytics (Google): measures visits and how people use the site. Cookies: _ga, _ga_*.
  • Google Ads (Google): measures whether our ads lead to visits, sign-ups, or purchases, and can be used to show our ads to people who visited this site. Cookie: _gcl_au. Google may also receive a hashed (scrambled) copy of an email address entered on the site to match ad conversions.
  • TikTok Pixel (TikTok): measures visits that come from TikTok ads and can be used to show our ads to site visitors on TikTok. Cookies: _ttp, ttcsid, _tt_enable_cookie.
  • Klaviyo: our email marketing platform. It records site visits and, if you give us your email address, can connect your visits on this site to your email so we can send you relevant marketing emails. Cookie: __kla_id.
  • Business visitor identification (script loaded from secure.acor1sign.com): receives your IP address, the page you are viewing, and the referring page so the provider can identify the business or organization a visit comes from.
  • Google preferred-source button (Google): lets you add this site as a preferred source in Google. Its script loads from Google and may send usage logs to Google.
  • Google Fonts (Google): serves the fonts on this site. Google receives your IP address.

Cookies

This site uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing and advertising cookies and pixels (Google Ads, TikTok, and Klaviyo). They are set when pages load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking third-party cookies or using your browser’s tracking protection limits most of these tools. The host may also record standard request logs.

Selling or sharing for targeted advertising

We do not sell your form information for money. However, when the advertising and marketing tools above (Google Ads, TikTok, and Klaviyo) collect cookie IDs, IP address, device details, and the pages you view, that may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising) under California and other U.S. state privacy laws.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: to opt out, use our contact form at /contact-us/ and choose “Privacy / Opt-out,” or email support@strackagolf.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or call +1 (858) 218-6416. You do not need an account. You can also block third-party cookies in your browser.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): we treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser. We are still working to apply GPC signals automatically on this site, so to be sure your opt-out is applied, please also email us as described above.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing support@strackagolf.com. We will not treat you differently for making a privacy request.

Age requirement

This site and the console are for people 13 and older. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use them or send us information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

AI training

We do not use your personal information or data about your use of this site or the console to train artificial intelligence (AI) models.

ChatGPT and Codex connector

This section covers the Golf Intelligence connector at mcp.golfintelligence.com, the ChatGPT and Codex plugin. It does not change what this page already says about the website or the console.

What we collect. A lookup sends us only the fields for that tool: search keywords (a course, facility, city, region, or similar words), a course-group public id, a hole id, an image shape of Portrait or Square, and a yes-or-no confirmation before a paid lookup. To connect your own console account, we receive your Client ID and Active Token. We also keep the same kind of server logs already described above (time, IP address, and user agent) so the connector can run and we can stop abuse. These tool calls do not ask for your name, email, phone, payment card, or location.

What we return. Search returns matching course groups. A confirmed scorecard call returns that course group’s scorecard. A confirmed GPS call returns mapped course geometry and coordinates. A confirmed detail call returns the detailed course-group record. A confirmed green-slope call returns a portrait or square green slope image for that hole. These are course records. They are not a profile of you, and they are not a record of rounds or scores you played.

How we use it. We use this information to run the lookup you asked for, to apply credits on the console account you connected when you confirm a paid call, to keep that connection signed in, and to operate the connector and stop abuse. Search uses no credits. A scorecard or green slope image uses 1 credit, GPS uses 2, and the detailed course record uses 3. We do not use connector lookups, or data about your use of the connector, to train our own AI models, and we do not use them for the advertising tools listed above.

Where it goes. The result is returned to you in the ChatGPT or Codex session that made the call. That session is operated by OpenAI, under OpenAI’s own terms. We do not sell these lookups or share them for targeted advertising. Your Client ID and Active Token stay inside encrypted tokens on our connector so the connection can keep working. We do not put them in the course data we return.

How long we keep it. A connector access token expires after 1 hour. A refresh token expires after 30 days, or sooner if the connection is revoked. Server logs are kept only as needed to run the connector and stop abuse, for the same reason already stated for this site. We do not keep a separate profile of your searches.

Your choices. You can disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT or Codex, which stops new calls from that chat. You can ask what personal information we have from the connector, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@strackagolf.com or calling +1 (858) 218-6416. You do not need any account with us other than the console account you chose to connect. We will not treat you differently for asking.
